For a song sequence in the film, the two actors shot a helicopter scene without a harness. In an attempt to make the shot look even more realistic, Akshay and John decided to shoot for the title track without a harness as it would show against their white clothes. Shot over a crowded city near a helipad under the guidance of stunt coordinator Mahendra Varma, the shot involves the actors standing against the open door of the chopper minus any strapping.
Eros International producer Krishika Lulla says, “They were at a height of about 30 floors. Rohit (Dhawan) was a super stressed director but Akki and John were confident they’d pull off the one-take shot that was needed for the title track.“
