MUMBAI: Actor Anupam Kher was honored by the Presidential Award of Global Indian by Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa, today in Colombo.
Kher got this award at the FICCI-IIFA Global Leadership Forum which was being held in Sri Lanka. "It is an honor to receive this award. Sri Lankan government has now requested me to open a branch of my acting school – Actor Prepares there as well," said Kher.
The actor was awarded for starting an institute like Actor Prepares, to prepare upcoming actors in their cinematic journey and for years of accomplishments as an actor.
