Arena Animation launches second centre at Kanpur

MUMBAI: Arena Animation has opened a new centre at Kaka Dev in Kanpur, to meet the needs of students wanting to pursue animation and multimedia training.

This is Arena’s second centre in the city. Spread over 2700 sq ft, the centre is equipped with state-of-the-art labs to train students on the latest Animation techniques & Special Effects.

The centre was inaugurated by Arena Animation zonal head, North and East Gurtaj Singh Mangat.

Mangat said, "The Animation & Multimedia industry is growing at a tremendous pace, with more and more students looking forward to a career in this sector. The Arena Animation centre would definitely empower the students of Kanpur to be a part of this booming industry. Arena Animation offers industry-relevant and industry-validated comprehensive career courses in animation & multimedia that enable students to meet global standards."

The centre at Kanpur will offer a career course on 2D and 3D animation – the 2.5 year Arena Animation Academy Specialist Program (AAASP), the latest programme in the Animation series from Arena i.e. Animation Pro & a large number of short term courses addressing various aspects of Multimedia & Animation.
