MUMBAI: BIG Pictures’ maiden Tamil production, Yaavarum Nalam, has completed 50 days at the box office with a total gross box office of Rs 110 million (Rs 11 crores) in the domestic market.
The bilingual film, whose Hindi version is titled 13B… Fear has a new address, is the first Indian film to release day and date in two languages (Hindi & Tamil) simultaneously this March 2009.
Directed by Vikram. K. Kumar Yaavarum Nalam starring R Madhavan and Neetu Chandra was released across 82 screens in India on 6 March and continued to run in all the 82 screens till week seven last week.
