MUMBAI: Bindass’ stand-up comedy show hosted by anchors – Anirudh and Mantra, Hass ley India which was previously known by the name Lagegi will now be telecast from Monday to Thursday at a new time – 10pm.
Driven by current events, the show is young India‘s take on what’s happening around. Hass ley India will continue to feature games, gags, news spoofs, a DJ and campus segments shot across several cities in the country. The main focus however will be on topical satirical content, derived from current national and international events which range from sports, politics, Bollywood, personalities, corruption etc.
Bindass, Senior VP Marketing, Sita Laxmi Narayan Swami said, “This show is unique and has the potential to capture the imagination of entire nation.”
Hass Ley India will also have celebrity guests every Thursday on the show. Several popular celebrity guests have already visited the show like Shekhar Suman, Shamita Shetty, Mika Singh, Vinod Kambli, Sukhwinder Singh, Jimmy Shergill and others.
“I firmly believe that Mantra and Anirudh will soon be the nations biggest youth icons,” added VP Head of Content and Operations, Ramon Chibb.
In Hass ley India will now have a Bollywood minute every Monday which reviews a current movie every week, Stringer Tuesday where there’s a take up one social issue for the betterment of the society, a Wacky Wednesday and Celeb Thursday.
