MUMBAI: Actress Celina Jaitley will be starring in the Kannada remake of Abbas Mustan’s Aitraaz. This will be her first Kannada film where she has been paired opposite Upendra.
Aitraaz’s Kannada remake has been named Shreemati. Aitraaz starred Priyanka Chopra
Apparently Priyanka’s role in Aitraaz had earlier been offered to Celina by Abbas Mustan but she had turned it down. The shooting for the film began on 4 March in Bangalore and the next schedule will be in South Africa.
