MUMBAI: The case against National Commission for Protection of Child Rights ( NCPCR) order to cease the telecast of the show Pati Patni Aur Woh ( PPAW) on NDTV Imagine was heard at Delhi High Court.
Senior advocate Rajiv Nayyar, represented NDTV Imagine Ltd (Imagine). The court stayed the order of NCPCR and has permitted Imagine to continue with the telecast of the show.
The court has also permitted NCPCR to conduct its enquiry and in case they find any violations by the channel and producer, they can submit their reports to the High Court or Supreme Court.
