MUMBAI: Actor Dino Morea is revving up the speed to get into the thicket of various business ventures. Be it the restaurant business, or the Cool Mall stuff that he is currently busy with or his production house Clockwork Films that has seen Dino get into film, television and the mobile arena.
Hours before the actor launched his Cool Mall merchandise with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the actor settled down to give a lowdown on his business activities. He disclosed, “With MSD we are launching the school range which includes school bags, tiffin boxes, water bottles, pencil boxes, key chains, coffee mugs and gym slippers. Yuvraj Singh already has his own range and now we have signed on MSD.”
Giving details about his association, Morea said, “Both, MSD and Yuvi are brands and we want to expand Brand MSD and Brand Yuvraj and what better way than having their own line of merchandise.”
Morea’s production house is also running on full speed. The producer in him says, “Clockwork Films started with ad film production and we are really busy with it. For the films division, we have two directors writing scripts for us. We are also getting into television content. We want to start with something small in that front. My DVD on health and fitness is currently underway and should hope to release it soon. We are also into the mobile business where we have tied up with Vodafone for mobile downloads specially in the music front.”
To run the various businesses, Dino has got his brothers to help him out. While elder brother Nicolo is running the restaurants and bars under the name of Crepe Station, younger brother is working on his ad film and helping out Dino in that front. Ask Dino how he spares the time for all his activities and he candidly confesses, “I make time and if I have an extra hour I wonder what to do.”
