MUMBAI: Ashwini Dheer’s directorial debut is One Two Three is up for release on 21 March and he already has two more films under his belt.
“Yes, I am doing one more film with Kumar Mangat and a film with Suniel Shetty’s Popcorn Entertainment,” confirms Dheer
Both the films are expected to go on the floors in 2008 itself. “We are still working on the scripts for both the films. All I can say now is that both the films will have a comic flavour to them. I am hopeful that both will go on floors this year itself on a start to finish schedule,” adds Dheer.
While Dheer is a little reluctant to talk about the story of both the films, producer Shetty says, “Sanjay Dutt will star in the film that Dheer will direct for me. It is a story with a small child and Sanjay in it.” The film is currently untitled. Shetty says the film will go on the floors after Dheer finishes shooting for Mangat’s film.
Incidentally Shetty also stars One Two Three. “Suniel and I decided to work together even before One Two Three started,” says Dheer.
Dheer has written sitcom Office Office for Sab TV for eight years.
