DreamWorks’ Page joins Whistling Woods International Advisory Board

Mumbai: Whistling Woods International (WWI), founded by Subhash Ghai, has announced that DreamWorks Animation head of international outreach Shelley Page is now a part of the International Advisory board of Whistling Woods International.

Whistling Woods International president Meghna Ghai Puri said, "We are honored with Shelley Page’s acceptance of our offer to join the Board. We are sure that DreamWorks and Whistling Woods will benefit tremendously through the synergies of this association."

Dream Works has entered India recently with Paprikaas at Bangalore, with a team from the two leading French Animation schools being brought in to work with a talented team of about 25 hand-picked animators recruited from all over India, including young graduates from film and animation schools.

An illustrator-turned-animator, Shelley had earlier visited Whistling Woods to conduct a guest lecture and shared tips on animation with the students even before the school was fully constructed and now promises to visit here often.
