MUMBAI: Balaji Joint MD Ekta Kapoor has been felicitated as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the Faith Awards in association with Bajaj Hindusthan and ET Now.
The jury comprised of the Marico Industries chairman Harsh Mariwala along with Renuka Ramnath, Prasoon Joshi, Deepak Ghaisas and Jerry Rao, among others.
Kapoor was felicitated by Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways Jitin Prasada and Times TV Group MD Sunil Lulla at an event held at a South Mumbai hotel. Kapoor thanked her parents and everyone at Balaji Telefilms, including group CEO Puneet Kinra, CEO – Television Manuj Agarwal and CEO – Motion Pictures Tanuj Garg, who were present at the occasion.
The Leap of Faith Awards are synonymous with celebrating the achievements of India’s young entrepreneurs.
