Eros’ Lulla given Indian Splendour award

MUMBAI: Eros International chairman and CEO Kishore Lulla was honoured at the ‘India Splendour’ Awards held in LA recently. He was given this award for his contribution in popularising the Indian film industry on the global platform.


 


Organised by MGlobal Trust, in association with the UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television, International Creative Management, India Splendour has been called a major celebration of the 60th anniversary of India‘s independence in the United States. It was a six-day event that started on 10 August and showcased contemporary Indian cinema, arts, fashion, dance, music and spirituality.


 


Lulla said, “I am deeply humbled by this honour. God has been very kind and I remain ever so grateful for everything that we have been able to achieve in this journey. I would like to thank each and every person who has touched my life – my family, the Eros team, investors, business associates, and above all the entire Indian Film Industry fraternity who have shown us their unconditional support. I pray that the Indian Entertainment Industry becomes the brightest star to shine on the global media platform.”
