Mumbai: Fame Cinemas has opened two new multiplex properties in Dhanbad (Jharkhand) and Bharuch (Gujarat) with effect from 2 October.
Fame Dhanbad is the first ever multiplex to be launched in Jharkhand. The property has four screens with 996 seats which include 22 leather recliners.
A three-screen Fame property also opened in Bharuch in Gujarat. It has in total 893 seats which include 17 leather recliners.
Commenting on the launch of these properties, Fame Cinemas managing director Shravan Shroff said, "We at Fame believe that the movie viewing experience at a multiplex should be no less than exhilarating. We are extremely delighted to bring in Jharkhand its first ever multiplex and also proud to offer the movie lovers of Dhanbad the Fame experience. Also, with the launch of Fame Bharuch we take yet another step forward in our journey towards spreading the Fame brand across the country."
With the addition of these two properties Fame now owns a total of 18 multiplex properties in India.
