MUMBAI: In order to ensure smooth functioning of the Film and Television Producers Guild of India, the association has set up the sub-groups like trade affairs (films and cable and television), film festivals, workers’ issues etc.
Each sub group will be headed by a member of the Guild in the capacity of chairman. While the newly elected Guild president Ronnie Screwvala will be the ex-officio member in all sub-groups.
The Trade Affairs (films) sub group will be headed by Manmohan Shetty as chairman, whereas the Trade Affairs (Cable and TV) sub group will have Kunal Dasgupta at its helm.
The Workers’ Issues sub-group will be headed by Mukesh Bhatt, Film Festivals by Bobby Bedi, Intellectual Property Rights and Legal Affairs by Raj Tilak, Brand Guild by Akash Khurana, Publicity and Screening by Kiran V. Shantaram, Title Registration by Surinder Kapoor and Awards by Yash Chopra.
