Mumbai: E-City Ventures promoted Fun Cinemas launched its Fun Rewards program in Bangalore. The event was inaugurated by Hope and A Little Sugar actress Mahima Chaudhry and film maker Tanuja Chandra, who presented the Fun Rewards Card to the first loyalty card member Kanchan Chabria.
For benefits like free tickets, Pepsi-popcorn, free parking coupon, service on seats, and special shows, members need to pay Rs 100. You get a Fun Rewards membership card to start receiving these benefits.
Fun Cinemas senior vice president Shirish Handa says, "Fun Rewards program is the first of it kinds in the cinema exhibition industry in India and would not only help us build loyalty among our regular patrons but would also help Fun Cinemas to understand consumer better. As an exhibitor, it is also our duty to enrich the consumers experience by delivering greater value and rewarding their patronage. We hope to give our patrons in Bengaluru a unique entertainment experience."
Fun Rewards program has been designed using the patented (w)Rite Card and Active Promotions technology developed by GE Global Research Centre, Bangalore. The program runs on customer centric analytics with an objective to build an active loyalty eco-system.
Salient features of the program include smart rewards and promotions customized to each individual patron, integrated platform for earning and redeeming the smart rewards and partnership marketing. The system is designed to engage customers, enhance their experience and nurture loyalty.
