MUMBAI: English film channel HBO will feature the Indian TV premiere of the Nicole Kidman starrer Bewitched on 6 April 2007 in its Blockbuster of the Month slot, at 9 pm.
In the Men of Power slot, HBO will feature action hits every Tuesday night at 9 pm this April. Peter Garrett (Chris O’Donnell) and his sister Annie (Robin Tunney), the young spirited climbers will cope with the world’s second highest peak K 2 in Vertical Limit on 3 April 2007. The catastrophic war between the Men and Elves in The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King will air on 10 April 2007. Marshall John Kruger (Arnold Schwarzenegger) will save the day in Eraser on 17 April 2007. Two entirely unknown people become each other’s rescuer in a strange quirk of fate in Nowhere to Run on 24 April 2007.
Paris Hilton makes her big movie debut in House of Wax on 14 April 2007. Six college friends enter a wax house, after their car breaks down. They are initially smitten by the house until they discover its killing instinct and want to get out of it. On 21 April, the channel will air Lords of Dogtown, in which The Z Boys – a group of brilliant young skateboarders in the 70s journey from streets of Dogtown to becoming legends in their own right. The story of Bobby Jones as he rises from obscurity to become a golfing legend of America will air in Bobby Jones Stroke of Genius on 28 April 2007.
The HBO Friday Blockbusters slot will feature The Phantom on 13 April, Scooby Doo: Monsters Unleashed on 20 April and Resident Evil: Apocalypse on 27 April.
