Mumbai: This August, HBO will air the biggest Hollywood premiere of the month, In Pursuit Of Happiness, on HBO Blockbuster of the Month. The film stars Will Smith, Jaden Smith, Thandie Newton and Dan Castellaneta and will premiere on 22 August at 9:00pm.
Chris Gardner (Smith) is a bright and talented, but marginally employed salesman. Struggling to make ends meet, Chris finds himself and his five-year-old son evicted from their San Francisco apartment with nowhere to go. When Chris lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm, he and his son endure many hardships, including living in shelters, in pursuit of his dream of a better life for the two of them. A heart-rending story that will warm your heart, Will Smith is cast with his real-life son in this movie which leaves a lasting impression on viewers.
