MUMBAI: IDBI has picked up a 10 per cent equity stake in B.A.G. Infotainment Pvt Ltd , which is a subsidiary of Anurradha Prasad’s BAG Films Ltd.
B.A.G. Infotainment Pvt Ltd has ventured into FM Radio business and has already obtained licenses for 10 FM stations across the states of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar and Jahrkahnd. The FM venture is christened Dhamaal.
On the other hand, shooting of BAG Films Ltd’s Bengali Film has also been finalised within the time frame. The film is being directed by Buddhadeb Das Gupta and will star Sameera Reddy and Bengali super star Prasenjit Chatterjee.
