Mumbai: Bollywood’s leading actress and mother, Kajol has joined Nick’s ‘Let’s Just Play’ movement to encourage kids and parents to work towards a healthy and playful lifestyle. Nick’s ‘Let’s Just Play’ movement will hit the pitch on 27 Sep with a play extravaganza at In-Orbit Mall Lawns in Mumbai, Select City Walk in Delhi and Garuda Mall lawns in Bangalore. Confirming the importance of play, the channel will simultaneously go off air at 5.00pm for half an hour to encourage kids to go out and Play!
Kajol said "Play is about having all kinds of fun, grabbing sunshine, breathing fresh air. Nick has announced 27 Sep as Let’s just Play day. So come on kids…Get Up, Get Out and Go Play"
The event will consist of play zones that will host games like basket-ball, cricket and football to name a few, as well as simple and fun tele-matches like three legged race, sack race, lemon and spoon race and much more. Kids stand a chance to win loads of prizes and goodies at the end of each tele-match. The evening will end with an enthralling performance by our Nicktoons – Dora, Ninja, Perman, Spongebob Squarepants and Patrick. With all this and more the ‘Let’s Just Play’ event promises to be a spectacular play extravaganza that no kid should miss.
