MUMBAI: Dharma Production’s production no. 18, which is yet to be titled, is a remake of the Hollywood film Stepmom. The cast and crew of the film, who are currently shooting at Filmistan Studios in Mumbai, will soon head to Australia for the second schedule.
The film is directed by debutant Siddharth Malhotra and stars Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead roles.
According to sources, the first schedule will get over in another 15 days after which the cast and crew will be heading to Australia for the second schedule of the film.
As was reported by Businessofcinema.com, Arjun Rampal had begun shooting for the movie in Mumbai. Rampal plays the key role of a man who is divorced and planning a next marriage. Kajol will play his ex-wife and Kareena Kapoor his fiancée.
