MUMBAI: Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen in Balaji and Milan Luthria’s Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai as Rehana, who is Ajay Devgn’s love interest in the film.
The film set in the 70s is a rewind to the era of romance, smuggling, cabaret and the mafia.
Luthria says, "Kangana lends herself because she has a great body which does not look vulgar and her face is chameleon-like, she can change into different looks every day. There is a lot of her in her character Rehana."
Adds a production source, "Kangana’s costumes were designed by Manoshi Nath and Rushi Sharma. She has done a lot of research on her role in the film and even went on to sketch out a preferred hairdo’s accessories costumes and the works for her look in the film."
Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai stars Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Kangana Ranaut and is all set to release worldwide on 30 July, 2010.
