Ketan Mehta’s Colors of Passion launched

MUMBAI: Colors of Passion, a film based on the life of Indian painter Raja Ravi Verma was inaugurated at Karjat recently. The film is directed by Ketan Mehta and produced by Deepa Sahi and Anand Mahendroo.


The film will be bilingual. It is named Rang Rasia in Hindi and Colors of Passion in English.


The star cast includes Randeep Hooda, Nandana Sen, Paresh Rawal, Dipti Nawal, Jim Boeven, Ashish Vidharthi, Sachin Khedekar and Darshan Jariwal.

Mehta said, “It was my dream to portray the life of Raja Ravi Verma on the screen since I was a student of Pune Film Institute and it has come true in the form of Colors of Passion.”


Nandana Sen, who is playing Raja Ravi Verma’s lover in this movie, says, “Whenever I used to listen about Raja Ravi Verma from my father Amatya Sen I used to be hypnotized. It’s a great feeling to be a part of this project.”
