MUMBAI: The celebrity guests this Friday on 5 October on Star Plus’ Amul Star Voice Of India will be Bollywood actors Konkana Sen Sharma and Kunal Kapoor who come in promote their upcoming Yash Raj movie, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag.
This Friday is also the final verdict day for the two wild card entries out of the six entrants.
The episode will kick start with duets of Konkana’s and Kunal’s favourite participants one by one who will sing songs featured on these celebrity guests. Prantik and Ishmeet sing Khalbali from the film Rang De Basanti followed by Priyani and Arshpreet’s dance act. The performance of Hum Toh Aise Hai Bhaiya from the upcoming movie of the celebrity guests Laaga Chunari Mein Daag compels the stars to shake a leg as well. Toshi and Harshit sing Mast Kalandar from the film Heyy Baby followed by Sumitra and Abhilasha’s rap number Move your body baby and finally ended by Abhas and Irfan’s rendition of the evergreen hit Laaga Chunari Mein Daag.
Amul Star Voice of India will have a special guest Daler Mehandi on 6 October at 10pm. Both the Agni and Prithvi team decide to use all cricketing language and count marks as runs to see which team wins. The show will also have Daler singing an especially composed song for Amul Star VOI followed by a performance of the top six finalists.
