Mischa Barton is reportedly being lined up for a role in TV sensation Deperate Housewives. After quitting THE OC – the teen show that made her famous – the British-born star is rumoured to be discussing a new role with Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry.

Cherry’s spokesperson says, “He’s interviewing and auditioning all the time. I’m sure Mischa would be a welcome asset to the show but who knows what will happen?”
