MUMBAI: UTV has appointed M K Anand as the CEO of UTV Broadcast (Entertainment) channels namely Bindass, Bindass Movies and UTV World Movies & UTV Movies.
Anand brings to the table 19 years experience in Media Business Management. His previous stint was with The Bennett Coleman Group where he was serving as Business Head of Zoom Entertainment Network Ltd.
Anand said, "With the recession behind us, Broadcast business is seeing an all new scale and is emerging as a very fast growing segment. Keeping in mind the emphasis in this sector by UTV, I am glad to be a part of it. I hope my elaborate stint in the media industry will help me taking forward the bouquet of UTV channels to the next level."
