MUMBAI: Want to dance like Madhuri on the sets of Ek, Do, Teen? Or like Hrithik in Dhoom? ibibo.com, India’s social networking website and MTV, have come together to give people a chance to out do the Bollywood stars at what they do best—dance.
The reality show will start with ground auditions in three cities—11 March in Lucknow, 13 March in Delhi and 16 March in Mumbai. The show will go on air in April and the ibibo MTV i.Superstar will be selected by voting online on www.ibibo.com.
People can win the title of ‘ibibo MTV i.Superstar’! It is a dance reality show about ordinary people, and their journey to stardom. The show is a hunt for a dancer who can capture the hearts of millions with the unique combination of dancing along with entertainment quotient.
MTV and ibibo will train and style 17 candidates and create a Bollywood music video for them. ibibo and MTV will give candidates a taste of the superstar’s real life, from 5 star hotels to esteemed fashion designers, to luxury cars and much more! The entire makeover, grooming training and the final video will be aired on MTV.
