Mumbai: Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts Ltd. has declared a 40% dividend to its investors for the year 2007-08.
The company recorded highest profit of Rs. 16.8 crores with a turnover of Rs. 111.7 crores with earning per share as 6.25 against its face value per share.
Mukta Arts plans to release six more films this year after giving Black and White and the Marathi film Valu-The Bull.
New releases for the year include Yuvraj with Salman Khan, Right Ya Wrong with Sunny Deol and an untitled film starring Govinda and Sanjay Dutt.
Three more films from the banner are under production and the company has plans to make 12 movies in the year 2009. Mukta Arts will complete 30 years on 24 October 2008 and will be announcing its future growth plans.
