MUMBAI: In 1991, actor Nana Patekar turned director with Sudhakar Bokade’s Prahaar; and he will now play the role of a director on screen in well-known Tamil director Bharathiraja’s Cinema. The film, starring Patekar and South actor Arjun, will be Bharathiraja’s second Hindi film after Lovers.
Says Patekar, “Let me clarify that I have not recently signed this movie as reported in one newspaper. I signed this a long time ago. In fact the shooting of the film is complete. Cinema is based on the film industry and I am playing a role of a director, Arjun from the south is also in the movie.â€ÂÂ
