Mumbai: People Group, the Anupam Mittal led New Media and Entertainment Group, welcomes Badri Sanjeevi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sanjeevi will be responsible for managing profitable growth across group businesses, in line with the company’s overall vision.
Sanjeevi says, "I have joined at a time when People Group is looking at a robust growth plan ahead. We have able leadership team in place, and I am excited to be a part of the next wave of growth. I look forward to engaging in some creative disruption that the company is known for, and to have the opportunity to work with visionaries in the New Media Business."
Prior to joining the group, Sanjeevi was with Deloitte MCS London (Corporate Strategy Advisory Group) in-charge of strategic business planning, operational improvement, cost reduction, shared services and M&A related projects.
Talking about the new changes in the organization, People Group CMD Anupam Mittal says, "We are delighted to have Sanjeevi join us at the table amongst our top management. We are now largely focused on scaling up our existing businesses and take at least one of our companies, public in the next 18-24 months. In addition, we have several businesses in investment phase.
