Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has transacted the following business:- (i) Appointment of Dr. Vishnu Kamhere as an additional director of the Company. (ii) Appointment of Mr. Harsh Sabale as an additional director of the Company. (iii) Re-constitution of Audit Committee. (iv) Re-constitution of Shareholders / Investors Grievances Committee. (v) Appointment of Dr. Vishnu Kanhere, Independent Director on the board of PNC Production Limited, subsidiary of the Company.
