Post Haunted 3D, BVG & DAR to produce 3D thriller Dangerous Ishq

MUMBAI: Backed by the strong audience response to Haunted 3D, BVG Films (BVG), a division of ASA Productions and DAR Motion Pictures (DAR), have announced their second offering from the three 3D movie deal. Titled Dangerous Ishq, the movie will be an edge of the seat thriller.

Director Vikram Bhatt said, "The success of Haunted 3D was not only a vindication of the tremendous effort put into bringing this project to life but is also a clear vindication of the faith restored by my producers in me, the team and more over in 3D. Having said that after Haunted 3D, my partners at DAR and I wanted to do something different that would be bigger and better than Haunted 3D and would give our audiences a more thrilling experience and thus was born Dangerous Ishq which like Haunted 3D will also be shot entirely in 3D."

DAR Capital Group chairman Arun Rangachari added, "Vikram and the entire team of Haunted 3D have come out with flying colours and proved all their sceptics wrong. As I have often said the audience response is the ultimate barometer of success in our industry and the audience has given us a clear thumbs up. Dangerous Ishq the second of our three 3D movie deal will not just go a long way in furthering the 3D revolution that we have initiated with Haunted 3D but will also giving audiences a never felt before edge of the seat thrill experience."

Pre-production work on Dangerous Ishq has already begun. With a planned first quarter 2012 release the producers are looking at wrapping up the shooting of the film before the end of this year.
