MUMBAI: McCann Worldgroup India executive chairman and regional creative director Asia Pacific Prasoon Joshi has joined the board of Anil Ambani’s Reliance Entertainment as a non -executive director.
Joshi said, “I am honoured to join the Board of Reliance Entertainment. My company and I are already working on several advertising related projects with Reliance ADAG as a group and this will add a new dimension to our relationship. I also think this will present me an opportunity to interact with some of the best creative minds across disciplines. I believe Reliance is best poised to take the leadership position in not only the Indian but global entertainment scene.”
A Reliance ADAG spokesperson added, “Prasoon’s immense talent and experience will enrich the Group, and guide our endeavors towards creative leadership in the media and entertainment space.”
Reliance ADAG has diversified interests across several verticals in the media and entertainment sector, and Joshi will advise the board on various creative matters.
