MUMBAI: Pyramid Saimira Theatre is planning to raise $ 400 million through FCCB, GDR and/or ADR.
Additionally, the company’s board of directors also decided to issue upto 10 million convertible warrants to promoters / promoters group.
It may be recalled that Businessofcinema.com was the first to report that Pyramid Saimira was planning to acquire 51 per cent in Dimples Cine Advertising and Dimples Cine Activations.
The company also recently acquired Texas – based FunAsiA through its subsidiary; Pyramid Saimira Entertainment America, as well as an existing theatre and radio drive-time hours in Chicago and radio time in Houston.
