Radio City institutes CEO Awards

MUMBAI; In recognition of excellence and consistent high performance by Radio Jockeys (RJs) nationally, Radio City 91.1 FM has instituted The Radio City CEO Award for on-air talent.


With the objective of enhancing skill sets of RJs and providing a platform to learn and imbibe the best practices in global radio, the winners of this award will win a week long special training workshop with premier radio stations across the world. This bi-annual award is personally supervised by Radio City CEO Apurva Purohit.


The first batch of winners of The Radio City CEO Award for On-Air Talent have won themselves the opportunity to work alongside the best radio talent in two of London’s leading FM stations, Kiss100 and Magic 105.4 and are off for London on a all sponsored seven day training workshop from 21 August. The winners comprise the following RJs from Radio City 91.1FM: RJ Manish Paul, Radio City Breakfast Show, Radio City 91.1FM Mumbai; RJ Ved, Hum Tum, Radio City 91.1FM, Delhi; RJ Vasanthi Hariprakash, Radio City Breakfast Show, Radio City 91.1FM Bangalore and RJ Vera Singh, Radio City Breakfast Show, Radio City 91.1FM Lucknow 
 
Purohit says, “This is an opportunity to help enhance our skills and truly become a world class organization.
