MUMBAI: Indian Oscar winners – A R Rahman and Resul Pookuty arrived in India along with Irrfan Khan and the child actors of Danny Boyle’s Oscar winning movie Slumdog Millionaire.
Rahman bagged two Oscars and is the first and only Indian to have done so. In his acceptance speech Rahman said, "In my life, I always had a choice between love and hate and I chose love."
On the other hand, Pookuty won an Oscar for Best Sound Mixing.
While Rahman arrived in Chennai; Pookuty along with Irrfan Khan and the kids arrived in Mumbai.
