Mumbai: Reliance MediaWorks has appointed Ashok Ganapathy as the chief executive officer of the company’s exhibition division – Big Cinemas.
As CEO, Ganapathy will head the exhibition chain’s business and be responsible for the strategy and growth through a customer centric retail approach across cinemas.
Ganapathy will report to Reliance MediaWorks CEO Anil Arjun.
Arjun said, “Ashok’s experience and knowledge in retail and consumer operations would bring in a unique perspective on delivering strategic solutions to our consumers.”
Reliance MediaWorks operates BIG Cinemas, India’s cinema chain with over 550 screens spread across India, the United States, Malaysia, Nepal and Netherlands.
