Sahara and Ballary’s film goes on floors

MUMBAI: The first of the three films’ deal between Sahara One Motion Pictures and director Sagar Ballary went on floors on today (27 August).


Tilted Kachcha Limboo, the film is a journey of a child transforming from kachcha limboo (weak player) to a pakka limboo (strong player).


“The film stars 13 year old Taher as the male protagonist and 12 year old Simran as the female lead. Daboo Malik’s son Arman Malik and Chinmay Kambli (Tsunami of Traffic Signal) will also be seen essaying prime roles,” informs Ballary.


Ballary spent many days auditioning numerous kids for this film. Apart from the kids, the film also stars Atul Kulkarni and Sarika, whereas Vinay Pathak, Ruksaar, Iravati Harshe and Bhairavi Goswami will be seen in special appearances.


The film will be shot at real locations in schools and homes. It will be completed in a start to finish schedule of 90 days. Debutant music director Floyd Fernandes is composing music for the film.
