MUMBAI: Producer Sajid Nadiadwala has postponed the release of his next film, Heyy Babyy to August 2007.
The film, directed by Sajid Khan, stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Vidya Balan.
Nadiadwala confirms, “Salman Khan is a family friend. Two of his films are on the verge of release. Partner is slated for release on 20 July 2007 and his international film Marigold is releasing on 27 July 2007. Instead of hampering their prospects at the box-office, it is wise to postpone my film. Now I am scheduled to release my film on 24 August 2007.”
Nadiadwala’s last release was Jaan-E-Maan, which starred Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar. With Salman Khan, he has earlier delivered hits like Judwaa, Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi amongst others.
