Salman – Aamir bond thickens: Now Dhoom 3 & Dabangg 2 avoid clash

MUMBAI: The bond between the two Bollywood stars, Aamir and Salman Khan cannot be questioned with them adjusting the date of their releases to avoid clashing with one another.

Salman Khan recently postponed the release of Yash Raj Film – Ek Tha Tiger directed by Kabir Khan to Eid 2012 to accommodate Aamir Khan’s film to be directed by Reema Katgi.

However, the story does not end here. With Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 2 announced to be released on New Year’s-eve 2012, Vijay Krishna Acharya’s (Victor) Dhoom 3 starring Aamir, which was announced to release at the same time, has now been postponed to 2013.

The release of Dhoom 3 has been delayed to make sure the audience’s expectations are met. Both Aditya Chopra and Victor in consultation with Aamir have decided to postpone the release of the film to 2013.

Speaking about this, Victor said, "Dhoom 3 is very dear to all of us as well as to its audience who expect only the best from the franchise. While the shooting will finish in time, we expect the post-production to take much longer. We are trying our best to give one of the finest cinematic experiences to our discerning audience and therefore did not want to compromise the quality of the film just to meet the release date."

The Khan’s clearly don’t want to clash with one another whether it is with the release of Ek Tha Tiger and Dhuaan or with Dabangg 2 and Dhoom 3.
