MUMBAI: Saregama India has appointed Rajeev Rakshit as head – corporate sales & new initiatives.
This is a key role, which aims at innovatively positioning music as the solution to various corporate gifting needs and other out of box ways to reach directly to customers
Saregama India managing director Apurv Nagpal said, “We want Saregama to position music as the preferred choice for gifting and create many more out of box entertainment solutions for corporates with music as a pivot.”
Rakshit comes to Saregama with 16 years of advertising experience with agencies like Orchard Advertising, where he was executive director. He also was solely responsible for the launch of Leo Group’s third agency brand, Black Pencil. Rakshit has also worked with agencies like Everest Brand Solutions, Publicis India, Euro RSCG Advertising, McCann Erickson & Ogilvy.
