Mumbai: Shemaroo Entertainment has released a collection of Mohd. Rafi songs under its new title – Duets of Rafi. These duet songs, with Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle, are available on DVD and VCD.
The two DVD pack is called Ultimate Unremix – Duets of Rafi, which has 50 super duets of Rafi – 25 duets with Lata and 25 duets with Asha. The six VCD pack is called The Immortal Collection – Duets of Rafi, which has 72 duet songs of Rafi with Lata and Asha.
Some of the songs with Mangeshkar include Chalo Dildar Chalo from Pakeezah; Dekho Rootha Na Karo from Tere Ghar Ke Samne and Chhup Gaye Saare Nazare from Do Raaste.
Some songs compiled in the collection with Bhosle are Abhi Na Jao Chhodkar from Hum Dono; Maang Ke Saath Tumhara from Naya Daur and Bade Hain Dil Ke Kaale from Dil Deke Dekho.
Both the Duets of Rafi (six-VCD and two-DVD packs) are priced at Rs 299 each.
