Shemaroo reaches out to the Cannes market


MUMBAI: Shemaroo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, which will be present at the Cannes Film Festival this year, has acquired a booth to showcase their products.


The company this year around is planning to promote and showcase films such as Fool N Final, Ghatothkach – The Master of Magic, Staying Alive, Dhamaal, Naya Daur in colour, Anuranan, Raqeeb and Phir Hera Pheri.


“We are looking forward to create greater visibility for lot of our Indian products in the international market. It is certainly an effort to promote Indian cinema and Bollywood films internationally. There is a lot of opportunity to appeal to the global audiences at Cannes,” says Shemaroo vice president Hiren Gada.


“We are looking to tap the potential newer audiences in the international market and promote lot of our products through innovative packaging and positioning,” he adds.
