Mumbai: As a part of its marketing campaign, SimplyMarry.com has tied up with the television world premier of the Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodhaa Akbar and is sponsoring the contest on UTV Movies that will have 10 winners meet the stars.
SimplyMarry.com business head Rajat Gandhi said, "Jodhaa Akbar has the correct sync with our target audience, the metro youth of today and so we decided to sponsor the contest, as our TG will be watching the film."
"The movie portrays a couple ahead of its time, who prove that love can cross barriers of caste, creed, and religion. Our metro-mindset users feel the same way – what is important to them is the actual person, and not what community or region their soul mate may belong to," added Gandhi.
During the world premier of the film on 15 August, the contest will have Gowarikar pose five multiple-choice questions to viewers, and 10 winners who SMS the answers correctly, will be eligible to meet the stars.
