Mumbai: Television Eighteen India has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, has approved an Interim Dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs 0.75 per share of Rs 5/- for fiscal 2008 on 119,566,304 shares thereby making in total dividend to Rs 89,674,728/-.
