The Indian Film Company lines up six films for release till December

MUMBAI: The Indian Film Company has lined up six films for release till December this year.

The line up of movies start with Singh is Kinng, directed by Anees Bazmi starring Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif along with Neha Dhupia, Sonu Sood, Sudhanshu Pandey, Javed Jaffery and Kiron Kher. The movie is slated to release on 8 August.

Next in line is Kidnap directed by Sanjay Gadhvi, which stars Sanjay Dutt and Imran Khan releasing on 2 October.

Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini is slated to release on 28 November. The film also stars Asin and Jia Khan and is directed by A.R.Murugadoss.

Following this will be a comedy ShortKut, which stars Akshay Khanna and Amrita Rao directed by Neeraj Vohra. This will be released on 19 December.

Other films in the pipeline up are Dil Kabaddi, a film on the relationships of contemporary urban couples starring Rahul Bose, Konkona Sen Sharma, Irfaan Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Rahul Khanna and Payal Rohatgi, which is slated to release on 19 September.

Golmaal Returns is set to release on 7 November. The movie stars Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgan, Celina Jaitely, Tushar Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Arshad Warsi and Anjana Sukhani.

The Indian Film Company and Studio 18 CEO Sandeep Bhargava says, "We have some interesting genres from action thriller to comedy to action comedy. Also the line up of the films is creating a lot of interest among consumers."
