Mumbai: This year’s MIPCOM at Cannes has instituted a new section for the mobile and internet content. India-based Time Broadband’s content Hot Gossip Bollywood will be screened at the market.
It is a show of two minutes duration about Bollywood stars.
There are only two companies from Asia who will be screening mobile and internet content and one of them is Time Broadband.
Nicoletta Laccobacci of European Broadcasting Union headed the selection committee. The selection criteria were innovation, customization, and inventiveness.
The content is devised for mobile user’s attention span and consumption keeping in mind the perspective and communication message. This was chosen out of 1000 of entries from major networks around the world including the likes of like MTV, Disney, Turner Broadcasting and Fox.
