Mumbai :India’s top production and distribution company – UTV announced its partnership with DivX Inc on 1 August. As per this, UTV will license its full-length Hollywood and Bollywood movies in DivX format in India. These DivX format movies can be viewed on DVD players.
“Films like Swades, Main Meri Patni Aur Woh, The Myth, Pulp Fiction, Sin City and Unleashed will be made available in India initially,” says Ronnie Screwvala, CEO of UTV.
He further adds, “Our goal is to enable our users to enjoy more content, quality and value in entertainment whenever and wherever they choose”
