Mumbai: UTV World Movies has launched a new half hour capsule World Movies This Week, which will focus on the latest from the international film circuit. This new property on the channel will be hosted by model and anchor Amanpreet Wahi, starting 17 October every Friday at 8 pm.
World Movies This Week is a weekly guide on news and trivia from the international film circuit, insights into the movies that will be aired on UTV World Movies and the latest on international movie screenings in India.
"It is your weekly window to the world of international cinema. It is not just a programme guide but will offer our audience much more – latest news on film festivals, celebrities, movie launches and movie screenings in your city," said UTV Entertainment Television COO Dilshad Master.
Wahi added, "It is great show covering just about everything one would need to know about international cinema and helps you plan your week better. Definitely a must watch for all movie lovers out there."
