UTV World Movies to air films screened at Cannes

MUMBAI: As the Cannes Film Festival gets underway, UTV World Movies will showcase 12 of the best winner movies at the Cannes Film Festival.

The movies will be aired under the Cannes Konnection band every afternoon at 2 pm from 13 – 24 May.

Among the movies that will be aired are Identification of Woman which was awarded the 35th Anniversary Prize at Cannes Film Festival and Three Colors Red, which is the conclusion of the famous trilogy by Krzysztof Kieslowski was nominated for three Oscars and won 11 other awards. Additionally, the French film 400 Blows by François Truffaut won the Critics Award of the New York Film Critics’ Circle amongst many, will also be aired.
