MUMBAI: Vikaas Kalantri, who featured in Nayee Padosan, has now bagged another project.
This time, he will be seen in Abbas-Mastaan’s untitled next film. Kalantri has already shared screen space with Bobby Deol and Akshaye Khanna in a shooting schedule held in Dubai recently. The film is being produced by Tips and is likely to be released by May 2007.
“I play a character called Siddharth in this thriller film, and am paired opposite model Urvashi Sharma. I portray a happy go lucky guy, the most effervescent among a group of four, comprising Bobby Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Urvashi Sharma and me,” says Kalantri.
The actor made his debut on the silver screen with K C Bokadia’s Pyaar Zindagi Hai, which was followed by Nitin Manmohan’s Nayee Padosan and then, Dil.
